improve Artifact Collection

- adjust paths to utilise new bgi's capability
- force interaction when suitable to increase the success rate of picking up
- add new extra points of Nata
- split the 24-hour refreshed extra points into AB (optional)
- fine-tune of paths
- other minor modifications
