对纯小怪路线，增加区分怪物标志 (#1296)

* 更新锄地集，至少需要0.45版本 * 调整readme * 对纯小怪路线，增加区分怪物标志，来支持开启精英拾取下跳过小怪的拾取 * 删除些主仓库没有的脚本 * 给锄地脚本区分怪物增加标签
